Message from our Principal

Having successfully taken over the mantle of stewardship as the Fourth Principal of Kisiwa Technical Training Institute, my next move on this journey is to cultivate and embrace team work spirit as a firm basis for me to create and provide transformational and inspirational leadership which in term inspires the employee attitude as a critical aspect of team building initiative. It is needless to mention that transformational leadership calls for its unique package of attributes on which it shall found inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized considerations with a view to open up avenues and create opportunities for participation which is key in intellectual capacity building and enhanced empowerment.

To this end I have to be clear right from the onset about where KISTTI is coming from to enable me articulate a realistic shared and all-inclusive vision which I wish to clearly share with all the stakeholders and clients as I focus on laying down rational strategies for achieving that shared vision. I have committed to lead by example and I shall embrace all members’ interests and awareness of their encountered challenges so that where extra training is required, I will provide facilitation to raise their capacity to confront the challenges in order to build their motivation and confidence. I commit that the language and style of communication shall at all times encourage members of KISTTI not to despair in whichever situation. I commit to be supportive of the welfare needs of each client so as to cultivate warm and cordial working relationship, staff unity, cohesion, peace and harmony.
