Welcome to the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management

The department was created in 2010 among the pioneering courses with two sections food and beverage and fashion design with a population of 15 trainees and it has grown to more than 600 now. The department was created to cater for the increasing manpower demand in the hospitality industry. The department has grown with the following courses, food and beverage production, food and beverage service, catering and accommodation, baking technology and pastry. The department adheres to the management tools so as to contribute towards providing quality training that exceeds the expectations of trainees.
